What Does Imperfect+ Mean?
Imperfect+ is our way of bringing attention to devices with visible sticker-related marks or cosmetic traces from previous use.
The mark is part of the device's history. It doesn't define the entire device.
Instead of letting appearance be the end of the story, we make these products easier to discover for buyers who are willing to look beyond the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
What does "Imperfect+" mean on Exact Solution?
−
Imperfect+ is our label for devices that have visible cosmetic traces from previous use — such as sticker marks, faded areas, or label outlines. These are fully functional products that have been quality-checked and are ready for a new owner.
02
Are Imperfect+ products fully functional?
+
Yes. Every Imperfect+ product is tested and verified to be fully functional. The imperfections are cosmetic only — they do not affect performance, battery life, or any technical specifications.
03
Will I see sticker marks on the product photos?
+
We aim to clearly show the cosmetic condition in product photos. Representative images highlight where marks or traces may appear, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
04
Are Imperfect+ products cheaper because they have stickers?
+
Imperfect+ products are priced to reflect their cosmetic condition. The visible marks may reduce the price compared to a device in pristine condition, but the technical quality and functionality remain the same.
05
Who should buy Imperfect+ tech?
+
Anyone who prioritises performance and value over appearance. If you're happy to look past a minor surface mark in exchange for a lower price on a fully working device, Imperfect+ is a great fit.
